Create an EB-5 Regional Center for Commercial Real Estate and Energy/Infrastructure Projects

Getting Your County Approved for the PACE program
What it is: PACE programs offer long-term private financing for renewable energy and energy efficiency upgrades to the commercial real estate.

Lexden’s ‘Build to Suit’ Program
What it is: Lexden will build and equip warehouse distribution centers, factories, or production plants to suit for the credit qualified business owner. Typically the business owner will only need 20% of the total capital cost.
